Media artist Sami van Ingen (b. 1964) makes experimental films, video works and installations based on the moving image.

Just One Kiss - The Fall of Ned Kelly is a film incorporating a live performance. Its starting point is the world´s first full-length feature film, Ned Kelly and His Gang (1906), but van Ingen´s work is ultimately a study of this art genre´s ability to make a story out of apparently unconnected pictures. Image material is added between showings of the work so that its total length and narrative expand each time. The film was presented with live music by K-X-P.
